In the series of successful entrepreneurs’ stories, today we are going to introduce another well-known successful entrepreneur Mr. Sameer Gupta. He is not only a successful entrepreneur but he is among the list of top motivational speakers and great social workers.  Currently, he is having 2 big renowned organizations under his name, one is national then the other one in multinational. His national organization is the topmost NGO of our country known as SG Foundation and his multinational organization is Verito Assistance that is a startup that was started from his house in the way back mid-2018. His range of owning an organization in totally opposite fields and then achieving great heights in both fields show the level of hard work and the power of his skills.

His owned NGO, SG Foundation is for the old aged persons who don’t have their own homes to live or who don’t have children or for those who are thrown out from their own houses by their family members. He has started the NGO in his hometown with 5 rooms in his first SG foundation home. Later on, he had his feet in every corner of the country with more than hundreds of homes in almost every city of India. According to him, blessings from elders and needy persons are the best earning he could earn in his lifetime and this motivated a motivational speaker to take this NGO at a broad level.

A multinational startupVerito Assistance is another business he owns currently. His startup is among the best top 10 startup which aims to provide Virtual Assistant Services to executives across the globe. He is a visionary person and by saying this we mean it as we all have been through a tremendous pandemic in 2020 where many companies fired a number of employees then many have faced a shortage of employees due to the lack of facilities at employees’ houses while working from home. Even in that pandemic, he had worked with various companies and provided them the virtual employees for their work. In that pandemic, he never aimed at earning profits and taking advantage of the time instead he had fulfilled the needs of the companies at a very low cost by providing high output remote assistance services.

Education

Talking about his education, he has a normal educational background and not any high-level professional master’s degree in his hand. He was a Hindi medium student till his secondary education and after that, he switched to English medium for +2 studies and after completing his 10+2, he completed his bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication field from a top private college of India.

Professional Journey

For getting a placement from college, he was nowhere different from various engineering students. Even he didn’t get a decent job offer from college in his own field. After completing college he searched for a job and got one in a BPO company which was not his field but still, he worked there. He only worked for 2 months in that company and resigned as that job didn’t satisfy his needs of doing something big that was written in his destiny.

After quitting his first job, he had his all views clear that why to stop for earning less where he is destined to earn in millions and help others too? So after that, he got an idea of providing virtual assistant services to companies/executives who can save lots of money by hiring remote assistants instead of in-house employees for non-sensitive data work.

For pursuing his dream, he had started working from home as a freelancer in 2015 and worked till 2018 as a freelancer along with establishing his brand value in the market and then in mid-2018 he founded and started Verito Assistance organization as a single employee of the company and now he has acquired a team of more than 400+ highly skilled full-time analysts in his companies all over the world.

Till now in his short span of time, he has worked with leading startups funded by investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, SoftBank, Founders Fund, Accel Partners, Battery Ventures, and Khosla Ventures.

He has got much recognition and appreciation in his field. He has received many awards and prizes in his life. For his vision of full-time remote work idea, he received India’s top prestigious award Padma Shri from the honorable president of India.  He received ITML’s visionary award, also has been rated as a Best Young Entrepreneur in India by D&T company. He has achieved a title of under 30 CEOs list of Forbes.

Recently he has started 2 new offices, one each in NY, the USA and in Manila, the Philippines. He has started new office as a delivery and marketing center respectively.
